01 — How do I book an appointment?
Please fill out the contact form including all information needed: date, time, problem areas, your goal for the session, etc. You can also text me at (808) 381-1139 with any questions, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
02 — Should I shower before my massage?
If possible, yes. While it’s not required to shower right before the appointment, please do arrive to your appointment clean and free of strong fragrances.
03 — What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Venmo, Paypal, & Square
04 — Do you accept same day appointments?
Advanced scheduling is highly recommended, however, same day appointments are offered when there is availability. I can also put you on a waitlist where you will be called in the case of a cancellation.
05 — Will I receive a full 60/90 min massage during my appointment?
Absolutely! There will be a brief interview before the session, either over the phone or once I arrive, to ensure we are addressing all of your needs but this will not take away from your session time. I will start the 60/90 min once you are fully prepared and on the massage table.
06 — What if I’m running late?
As a courtesy to my other clients, massage sessions will end at the designated time, regardless of a delay and the full amount will be charged. I do add extra time at the beginning/end of the sessions to provide a small amount of “wiggle room,” however, there is no guarantee you will get the full 60/90 min if you arrive late. Please try to arrive on time to ensure you receive the full booked session.
07 — Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance at this time, please check back later as this may change.
08 — Am I supposed to remove all clothing?
Undress to your comfort level, whatever that may be! Some people choose to wear shorts or undergarments, others do not. During the massage, you are covered by a sheet and Only the area being massaged will be uncovered. Private areas always remain covered at all times and will NOT be massaged.
